- ✔️ 2 salmon fillets (skin-on)
- ✔️ 2 tbsp butter
- ✔️ 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ✔️ 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- ✔️ 1 tsp fresh dill or parsley
- ✔️ Salt and black pepper to taste
- ✔️ 1 tbsp olive oil
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Season the Salmon: Pat the salmon fillets completely dry with paper towels. Season both sides generously with salt and black pepper.
- Sear the Fish: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Place salmon skin-side up and sear for 4-5 minutes until golden brown, then flip and cook for 2 more minutes.
- Make Garlic Butter Sauce: Reduce heat to medium. Add butter and minced garlic to the skillet. Let it foam for 1 minute until fragrant.
